Acceptable Use Policy

This website (Site) and the associated online services are provided by Space Command Pty Ltd ACN 639 435 868 (‘MODRON’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’).

You must not:

resell, sublicense, transfer, assign, or distribute the Site or its Content;

modify or make derivative works based upon the Site or its Content;

‘frame’ or ‘mirror’ the Site or any of its Content on any other server or Internet-enabled device;

reverse engineer, decompile the Site for any purpose;

access (or attempt to access) the Site by any means other than through the login protocols we provide, including through any automated means (including use of scripts or web crawlers);

interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or connect to or use the Site in any way not expressly permitted by the Agreement;

use any unauthorized third party software that accesses, intercepts, ‘mines’, or otherwise collects information from or through the Site or that is in transit from or to the Site, including, without limitation, any software that reads areas of RAM or streams of network traffic used by the Site to store information about MODRON or its licensees;

intercept, examine or otherwise observe any proprietary communications protocol used by the Site, whether through the use of a network analyzer, packet sniffer or other device;

use, facilitate, create, or maintain any unauthorized connection to the Site, including without limitation (1) any connection to any unauthorized server that emulates, or attempts to emulate any part of the Site; or (2) any connection using programs, tools, or software not expressly approved by us;

reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Site or any software underlying the Site or website or other intellectual property used to provide the Site, or to obtain any information from the Site using any method not expressly permitted by us; or

upload or transmit or attempt to upload or transmit, without our express permission, any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including, without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (‘gifs’), 1x1 pixels, ‘spiders’, ‘crawlers’ or other data-mining code, web bugs, cookies or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as ‘spyware,’ ‘passive collection mechanisms’ or ‘pcms’).
